He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. McMullen and Gertrude A. Ryan McMullen; his wife Allene Margaret McKay; and his sister Mary Catherine Craig. He is survived by: his sister Elizabeth McMullen of Hannibal, MO. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and numerous cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made to Northeast Missouri Humane Society.
