He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Raleigh and Lucy Maude White Earnest; his wife Bernadine Moyers; his siblings, Bill Earnest, Geraldine Jackson and Irene Greenwood; his sons, Mike Earnest and Richard Earnest; his granddaughters, Brittany Gauch and Louise LaFave; and his children, Jeff Earnest (Gladys), Clint Earnest (Melissa), Vicki Hudelson and Nancy Earnest. He was also cherished by six grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
