It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Franklin Neff (Hannibal, Missouri), born in Palmyra, Missouri, who passed away on October 5, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Roy Neff and Amanda Matilda Nelson Neff; his sons, Wayne Neff and Alan Neff; his grandson Colin Levi Neff; and his brothers, Danny Neff and Birney Neff.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy (Tom), Terry (Judy) and Jill (Randy); his grandchildren, Summer, Jessie, Amanda, Erin, Jermy, Jared and Lexie; his sister Carolyn Conners; and his daughter-in-law Melissa Neff. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to Northeast Missouri Humane Society or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
