She was predeceased by: her father John LaJoy, Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Tarica Burton Strong; her children, Jaylianna LaJoy, Josiaha Covey, Jeremiha Covey and Juhlycia Covey; and her brothers, John LaJoy, Jr., Preston Jones (Brandi Lucas), Shaquille Burton (Kayla) and Brayden Whittaker.
