It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Janet L. Tapley (Hannibal, Missouri), born in Muscatine, Iowa, who passed away on January 9, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Raymond Gunn and Lela Longley Gunn; her husband Arthur R. Tapley (Tap); her grandson Clayton Lumpkins; her sister Barbara J. Bryan; her children, Barbara J. Melton, Brenna R. Tapley Nichols (Greg Brown) and Dale R. Tapley (Cindy); and her grandchildren, Craig Lumpkins (Toni), Clint Lumpkins (Sandra), Melody O'Donnell, Toshua LeMeur (John), Ashley Tapley Nichols (Matt) and Brian Tapley. She was also cherished by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, Janet requested donations to the First Presbyterian Church.
