James Robert Light Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Robert Light of Hannibal, Missouri, who passed away on April 15, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Robert Light to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Duane R. Light and Frances M. Smith Light; and his brother Don Light. He is survived by: his children, Christopher Light (Jennifer) of Columbia, MO and Jennie Lape (Douglas) of Syracuse, NY; his brother Larry Light (Kareen) of York, NE; his grandchildren, Erinn Light, Dylan Light, Hannah Lape and Lauryn Lape; and his sister-in-law Marilyn Light. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the James O'Donnell Funeral Home, Inc. (302 S 5th St, Hannibal, MO 63401). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
