It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James R. Reinhard of Hannibal, Missouri, born in Pollock, Missouri, who passed away on November 11, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Virgil Reinhard and Meltha Reinhard (Anspach); his wife Shari L. Powell Horton; his son James K. Reinhard (Pamela) of Paris; his granddaughters, Kelsey Rottger (Steve) of Old Monroe, MO and Mallory Dowell (Phillip) of Stoutsville, MO; his great grandchildren, James K. Rottger and Finley M. Dowell; and his cousin Donnie Reinhard (Pat).
