He was predeceased by: his parents, Joy Wills and Doris Mathis Wills; and his siblings, Joyce Gail Miller and Jerry Glen Wills. He is survived by: his daughters, Heather Danette Sohn (Dwayne) of Quincy, IL and Joy E. Wills of Hannibal, MO; his sister Patricia Layne Besgrove of Hannibal, MO; and his grandchildren, Amber Sohn and Phillip Sohn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the James O'Donnell Funeral Home, Inc. (302 S 5th St, Hannibal, MO 63401). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
