He is survived by: his wife Sharon Ball; his sons, Michael "Mike" Baxter (Amber) of Hannibal, MO and Mark Baxter (Arena) of New London, MO; his grandchildren, Adam Baxter, Cole Baxter, Alexis Baxter and Dallas Baxter; his nieces and nephews, Debbie Frizzell, Bill, Annie Weitzel, Deanna, Mike Lauhoff, Tina Allen and Nathan Biswell; and his children, Hershey Kisses and Peanuts.
