He was predeceased by: his grandfather Ryan Sweet; his great-grandparent Ron Sweet; his great-great-grandparent Glen Little; his great-grandparent Regina Mitchell; and his great-great-grandparent Bonnie Crook.
He is survived by: his parents, Zachary Teague and Brittany Humphrey; his sister Kenzie Louise Teague; his grandparents, Stephanie Hays of Hannibal, MO, Glenda Winner of Hannibal, MO, JoAnne Armstrong of Hannibal, MO, Bobbie, Joanie Wintjen of Berry, IL, Delbert Humphrey of Hannibal, MO and Sonya Cramlett of Quincy, IL; his aunts and uncles, Adam Hays, Anna Sweet, Lanie, Chris Humphrey (Regina), Nikki Humphrey, Beth Humphrey and Emily Humphrey; and also Brandon Brosi. He is also survived by numerous great aunts, uncles, cousins.
Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Louis Children's Hospital, in care of the Smith Funeral Home & Chapel.
