He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Stephen McFall and Josephine Hardy McFall. He is survived by: his wife Penny Ballard; and his children, Daniel Ballard, Marshall Jones, Cheyenne Jones, Walter McFall and Herman McFall, Jr.. He is also survived by numerous siblings, 12 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
