She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel O. Embree and Irene Newman Embree; her former husband George Utterback; her husband Gilbert Hines; and her siblings, Fay Herndon, Newman Embree, Dorothy Simpson, Florence Holder, Franklin Embree and Emma Mayo.
She is survived by: her children, Crystal Creech (Robert) of Hannibal, MO, Ronald Utterback (Leslie) of Columbia, MO, Larry Utterback (Connie) of Hannibal, MO and Eddie Utterback (Brooks) of Platesmouth, NE.; and her siblings, Dwight Embree (Jan) of Lathrop, MO and Shirley Slushing (Fletcher) of Moberly, MO.. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 20 great grand children, 3 great great grandchildren, and numerous of nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
