He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold R. Williams and Louise Dixon Williams; and his niece Whitney Williams. He is survived by: his mother-in-law Mattie Lawson; his siblings-in-law, Vera Williams, Maxine Johnson, Jerome Lawson and James Lawson; his children, Harold Williams (Cynthia) of Quincy, Angela Williams and Jackie Blanks; his siblings, Kevin Williams (Donna), Wentric Williams (Hymita), Brandon Williams, Barry Frazier (Kim), Richard Frazier (Glenna), Margrethe Williams and Mary White (Ron); and his significant other Margretta Lawson. He is also survived by his wife were foster parents for over 30 years and cared for more than 50 children.
