She is survived by: her children, Alisa Carter Miller (Herb) of Hannibal, MO, Tina Williams (Jeff) of Hannibal, MO, Mike Carter of Lawrence, KS and Craig Carter (Lisa) of Hannibal, MO; her brother James "Mike" Watkins (Janice) of Summerlin, NV.; her grandchildren, Tia Milburn (Michael), Justin Williams (Shelby), Alia Miller and Jourdan Miller; her great grandchildren, Conner Williams, Taylor Williams, Katelynn Williams and Emersyn Short; her pet Mylo; and her great grandchildren, Tia Milburn, Alia Miller and Jourdan Miller. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Monroe City Manor Care Center or to Compassus Hospice.
