She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Lyle Akright and Catherine Alberta Menger Akright; her spouse Carl Yates; her children, Scott Yates (Mary) of Loxley and Amy Yates of Hannibal, MO; her siblings, Gerald Akright, Donald Akright, Richard Akright, Mary McKay and Sharon Lovelace; her grandchildren, Phillip Yates, Tyler Yates, Corey Roth, Carlie Ward, Laiken Gendregske and Cambrie Gendregske; her daughter Sarah Beth Roth; her grandson Austin Yates; and her brothers, George Akright and Edward Akright.
