He was predeceased by: his parents, Hughie A. Burns and Monnie Burns (Dawkins). He is survived by: his sons, David Burns (Kathy) of Silex, MO and Rodney Burns of Monroe City, MO; his brother Joseph Farrow Burns of Rockingham, NC; his grandsons, Jacob M. Burns (Sharon A.) of Silex, MO, Kyle S. Burns (Erin K.) of Warrenton, MO and Tyler G. Burns of Monroe City, MO.; and his great grandchildren, Morgan M. Burns and Joseph B. Burns.
