She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Risinger and Estella McNary Risinger; her spouse Birney Fletcher; her sisters, Louise Leake and Betty East; and her niece Brenda West.

She is survived by: her son-in-law Laurence West; her sister Dora Moseley; and her grandchildren, Darell West and Allen West (Angela). She is also survived by eight great grandchildren; and five great great grandchildren.
