He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jim, Mary Hays and April Locke; his great-grandparent Elsie Leake; and his uncles, Kevin Hays and Joe Hays.

He is survived by: his parents, Steve Hays and Paula Locke Hays of Hannibal, MO; his grandfather Kenny Locke; his siblings, Noah Forney and Aftan Bross; his nephew Aiden Michael Smith; his aunts, Marni Kendrick and JuJu (Julia Price); and his cousin Eli. He is also survived by several other aunts, uncles.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Missouri Mental Health Foundation.
