It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy L. Thompson of Hannibal, Missouri, who passed away on February 14, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Merle Cox and Pearl Kinsey Cox; her husband Elmer "Lefty" Thompson; her son Danny Roche; and her brothers, Harold Dean Cox and Carl Cox.
She is survived by: her daughter Teri L. Thompson of Hannibal, MO; her grandchildren, Joseph Greenwood (Christine), Heather Rayl and Lindsey Campbell (Evan); her great grandchildren, Joe Berry (Santana), Leslie Greenwood, Ryan Rayl (Crystina), Christopher Greenwood, Zach Rayl, Dante Campbell and Athena Campbell; and her great great grandchildren, Madilynn Berry, Oliver Rayl, Nora Rayl, Liam Rayl, Maélea Berry and Leo Zumwalt. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
