She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Hugh C. Claggett of Hannibal; and her parents, Edwin G. Hoffstadt and Alma C. Engelhardt Hoffstadt (Tuty). She is survived by: her close friends, Brad and Andrea Farr. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church in care of the James O'Donnell Funeral Home.
