She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Terry Egbers (Carl) and Robert Horner (Larissa); her parents, John O Rethorn and Elizabeth Raisch Rethorn; her spouse Dale Horner of Hannibal; her siblings, John "Bud" Rethorn and Betty O'Hearn; her children, Dale "Bill" Horner and Karen Borrowman (Larry Lewton); her grandchildren, Elissa Strunk (Justin), Andrea Mullen (John Chmielewski), Kali Swift (Mike), Kelsey Borrowman (Erik Beranek), Justin Horner, Rachel Vinson (Adam), Jeremy Horner, Madison Seelye (Adam), Cole Huffman and Kane Huffman; and her great grandchildren, Kenna Strunk, Kallen Strunk, Dominic Mullen, Cameron Mullen, Maveric Mullen and Riley Horner.
Those attending are asked to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that memorials may be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Hannibal, in care of the Grand View Funeral Home.
