She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Thomas Lybarger and Claudine Lovelace Lybarger; her son Jay Bartlow; and her siblings, Jimmy Lybarger and Paula Sites.

She is survived by: her children, Robert Kuntz of Hannibal, MO, Anita Kuntz of Quincy, IL, Scott Kuntz of Hannibal, MO and Jack Bartlow of Hannibal, MO.. She is also survived by 6 brothers and sisters, 11 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Missouri Department of Conservation.
