Derald is survived by: wife Lois Lightle; children, Russell Smith (Christine) of Center, MO, Brenda Parker (Ahmed) of Hannibal, MO and Karla Smith of Hannibal, MO; siblings, Ronnie Smith of Hannibal, MO, Maxine Woolfolk of Palmyra, MO, Zelma Ellis of Auxvasse, MO and Veda McLeod (Bobby) of Hannibal, MO; and grandchildren, Emma, Hannah, Raya, Kalin, Kira, Gage and Gavin. Derald is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
