With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Debra S. Welch Allen of Hannibal, Missouri, born in Springfield, Illinois, who passed away on June 1, 2022 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert "Bob" Welch and Mary LeFever; and her brother-in-law Steven Moneer. She is survived by: her husband Darrell Allen; her children, Amanda Rosenkrans-Briscoe (Philip) of New London, Amelia Godfrey (Grant) of Asheville and Darrell Allen (Leighan) of New London, Missouri; her siblings, Jerry Welch (Janet), Larry Welch (Detsyl), Sherry Moneer and Mary Maytas (Steve); and her grandchildren, Emily Allen, Colton Allen, Derik Hubbard, Audrey Briscoe, Wyatt Briscoe, Blake Briscoe, Kaitlyn Briscoe and Vanessa.
