David Lay Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Lay (Hannibal, Missouri), born in Saint Charles, Missouri, who passed away on March 8, 2020 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Freddy and Wanda Lee Ruminer (Lay); and his sister Vivian Lay. He is survived by: his wife Victoria Lay; his children, Austin David Lay of Hannibal, MO, Cameron Micah Harold of Hannibal, MO, April Lynn Lay of Lino Lake, MN, Chloe Marie Harold of Hannibal, MO and Laci Elizabeth Cook of Hannibal, MO; his siblings, Michael Lay (Fransesca) of Connecticut, William Lay of Kansas, Willa Rasnic (Butch) of Alabama and Marian Lay of Missouri; and his grandchildren, Kaylee, Berkley and Easton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
