He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Finlaw, Sr. (Jacobs); his stepmother Melody Finlaw; and his brother Randy Brown. He is survived by: his father Vernon Finlaw, Sr. of Hannibal, MO; his sons, David A. Finlaw (Stacy) of Shelbina, MO and Richard Finlaw of Hannibal, MO; his brothers, Vernon Finlaw, Jr. of Hannibal, MO, Larry Brown of Hannibal, MO and Larry Sapp (Estella) of Hannibal, MO; his grandchildren, Kaden Anderson Finlaw, Dravyn Finlaw, Aurora Finlaw and Anastasia Finlaw; his nieces, Nikki Sapp and Stephanie Miller; and his nephew Randy Brown, Jr..
Those attending the visitation and service are asked to wear masks and practice social distancing.
