He is survived by: his wife Kathy Avery; his stepdaughter Shara Durst (Joe) of Hannibal, MO; his sister Linda Carr (Gary) of Hannibal, MO; his granddaughter Chloe Durst; his nephew Jonathan Robison (Savanah Lewis) of Hannibal, MO; his niece Rachel Litteken (Chris); and his great-nieces, Elizabeth Deming and Harper Litteken.
