She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold James and Lesta Adams (Gray); and her husband Harold Wayne Smith. She is survived by: her children, Denise Brinkley (Larry) of Blue Springs, MO, Harold Wayne Smith, Jr. (Christina) of O'Fallon, MO, James Michael Smith of Hannibal, MO and Jason Wayne Smith (Ashley) of Hannibal, MO; and her brother Jim Adams of Hannibal, MO. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
