He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilford Willing and Gladys Willing (Kohler); and his siblings, Kenneth Willing and Dorothy Ward. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hall; his children, Steven Willing (Janie) of New London, MO, Mark Willing of Hannibal, MO and Beth Ledbetter (Scott) of Hannibal, MO; his grandchildren, Bryan Willing (Amanda), Stephanie Rosen (Derek), Abbey Willing (Jason Murry), Parker Willing, Connor Ledbetter and Caitlyn Ledbetter; his great grandchildren, Rylan and Kyler Rosen; and his brother Frank Willing of Hannibal, MO. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
