It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dale Maxine Harper (Hannibal, Missouri), born in New Salem, Illinois, who passed away on September 20, 2022, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Erma and Arthur; her siblings, Victor, Wayne, Bernadine, Dorothy and Helen; and her stepson Milton (Deanna).
She is survived by: her daughter Karla Annette (Larry); her grandsons, Erik and Darek (Paul); her great grandchildren, Piper and Maddox; and her stepchildren, Deana, Michael and David.
Eventually Alzheimer's made it impossible for her to run her business, Harper's Snip & Clip.
