He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harry Powell and Helen Boehm Powell; his spouse Phyllis Powell; his brothers, Richard Powell and James Powell; his grandchild David Powell Jr.; his siblings-in-law, Dwayne Becker and Lydia Powell; his children, Michael Powell (Gilda) of Hannibal, MO, David Powell (Stephanie) of New London, MO and Nikki Malone (Jeff) of New London, MO; his siblings, Thomas Powell, Daniel Powell and MaryAnn Becker; and his grandchildren, Chelsea Stolberg (Andrew), Amy Powell, Shay Riley, Kaylynn Foreman, Hannah Powell, Alyx Powell and Olivia Malone.
