He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Davis and Anna B. Davis (Hilbert); his children, Marjorie Joan Davis and Robert Davis; and his brothers, Leo, Willie and Elmer Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Eunice Kelso; and his daughters, Virginia Bridgeman (Willard) of Hannibal, Reva Sue Hinton of Hannibal, Lorene Buffington of Moberly and Joy Rollin (Tom) of Monticello, Illinois. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 42 great grandchildren; and 30 great great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Hospital.
