He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Allen and Carol Allen; and his stepchildren, Fred M. Pyse and Marie Walters. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his daughter Lori McPike (Doug) of Mexico, MO; his grandchildren, Amber Pyse of St. Louis, MO, Shane Shankle of Van Alstyne, TX, Alexis McPike of San Diego, CA and Jacob McPike (Erica) of Carrollton, GA; his great grandchildren, Paige, Dylan and Damien Shankle of Van Alstyne, TX; and his siblings, Gary Allen (Juanita) of Palmyra and Cleo Dargis of Mountain View, AR.. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces and nephews.
