We are sad to announce that on October 4, 2023, at the age of 70, Charles S. Randolph of Hannibal, Missouri, born in Erwin, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Randolph and Mary Johnson Randolph; and his sisters, Charlotte Rodgers and Mildred Randolph. He is survived by: his wife Sharon K. Mosley; his children, Aaron Randolph (Tammie) of South Carolina, Shea Smith of Virginia, Amy Logan (Aaron) of Hermann, MO, Benny Billings (Sherry) of Bowling Green, MO, Melissa Billings of Hannibal, MO, Dawn Billings (Bill Jecha) of Ballwin, MO, Darin Billings (Denise) of Hannibal, MO and Sheena Billings of Hannibal, MO; and his sister Genny Hoyt of Tennessee. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, American Stroke Association, or to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
