He was predeceased by: his father Charlie "Chuck" Oscar Hull Jr.; and his grandfather Floyd Webster. He is survived by: his sisters, Melanie Hull and Jan Marie Boyd; his stepmother Claudia Hull; his grandmother Leola Webster; his brother Joshua James Allison; his cousin Jeremy Whitley; and also Alice Hull. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
