We are sad to announce that on February 20, 2020, at the age of 74, Charles Donald Spegal (Hannibal, Missouri) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Brown Spegal; and his stepfather George E. Spegal. He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth Spegal of Hannibal, MO and Larry Spegal (Jennie Lynch) of Hannibal, MO; and his half-brother Charles Edward Spegal (Gay) of Phoenix, AZ. He is also survived by six grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Kidney Foundation.
