He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Rickey Jr. and Mabel Charlene Kelsay Rickey; his siblings, Virginia "Giner" Culp and Randall "Randy" Rickey; his grandson Asher Rickey; his niece Danielle Rickey; his nephews, Danny Wayne Rickey and Donnie Wayne Rickey; and his parents-in-law, Betty and Melvin Crane.
He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Crane; his children, Tiffany Leeders, Chuck Rickey (Ashley), Travis Rickey (Alicen) and Mindy Rickey (Joe); his daughter-in-law Kristen Beckley; his siblings, Donnie Rickey (Cindy), Kevin Rickey, Danny Rickey, Mike Rickey, Debbie Quinlin, Tammy Rickey (Steve), Janis Howe (Scott) and Judy Hinds (David); and his grandchildren, Ethan Leeders, Kevin Leeders, Kobey Leeders, Brantlee Leeders, Oaklee Leeders, Madelynn Rickey, Jacyce Beckley, Brilynn Rickey, Kynlee Rickey, Tayghen Rickey, Cara Elzea, Joe Elzea III, Stephanie Elzea, Abagail Rickey, Mason Elzea and Makaylyn Elzea. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
