She was predeceased by: her mother Geneva Johnston. She is survived by: her children, Sabrina Garrelts and Brendon Garrelts; her siblings, Charles Zumwalt (Jeannie), Joey Smith, Dusty Nichelson, Justin Nichelson, Amanda Longcor, Tina Zumwalt and Kristie Dawn Nichelson; and her grandson Greysen Garrelts. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
