It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Betty L. Thomas of Hannibal, Missouri, who passed away on December 24, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Davis and Luvina Griggsby Dorsey; her children, Shirley Gibbs, Betty Jean Anderson and David Eugene Anderson; and her siblings, Arletha Williams, Margaret Ann Dade, Gloria Jean Thomas, Elizabeth Beatrice Anderson, Oliver Griggsby, Dennis Griggsby and James Russell Abbey.
She is survived by: her former husband Delbert E. Anderson; her husband Harold L. Thomas Sr.; her children, Linda S. Perkins (Jerome), Janet L. Williams (Emmitt), Ricky Anderson, Harold Thomas Jr. and Charles Thomas (Robyn Pierce); and her siblings, Mary Griggsby Shepherd (Ronald) of Minneapolis, MN., Emma Fuqua of Kansas City, MO., Laura Kitchen of Hannibal, MO, Walter Abbey and Henry Blackwell. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
