He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Failor and Arla Haynes Failor Morton; his siblings, Terry Failor, Bill Failor and Donna Kay Failor; and his grandson Danny Sawyer.
He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Rickey; his children, Basil Failor (Stephanie), Amanda Williams (Earnest), Danny Sawyer (Paula), Raymond Charlton (Moe) and Bobby Charlton (Jeannie); and his siblings, Bob Failor (Sandy), Larry Failor (Belinda), Gail Waller (Michael) and Kelly Funckenbusch (Scott). He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
