Ardella Maddox Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ardella Maddox of Hannibal, Missouri, who passed away on October 1, 2022 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Cornelius and Clara Cornelius (James); her husband William Maddox; her siblings, George Cornelius, Walter Cornelius and Lula Banta; and her grandson Adam Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Frank Maddox (Charlotte), Walter R. Maddox (Nancy), Vicki James (Johnny) and Sarabeth Gorton (Ray); and her grandchildren, Lanie White, John James, Walter J. Maddox, Ashley Elwell, Jennifer Foster, Billie Brown, Trent Skinner, Tony James, Cassie Maddox, Richie Gorton and Candi Brown. She is also survived by twenty-four great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to Calvary Baptist Church, in care of the Grand View Funeral Home.
