He was predeceased by: his parents, Layton Mastin and Dorothy Ann Ruhl Mastin. He is survived by: his brothers, Stephen Mastin (Sandra) of Columbia, MO and Kevin Mastin (Jeanna) of New London, MO.. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
