It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Amy Bender Moore of Hannibal, Missouri, born in Thomas, Oklahoma, who passed away on June 16, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos I. Bontrager and Katie Miller Bontrager; her former husband Dan Bender; her spouse Glen Moore; and her siblings, Alice Mae Yoder, Grace Frymire and Alvin Bontrager.
She is survived by: her children, Kate Kotlin (Marty Hull) of Hannibal and Dan Bender III of Hannibal, Missouri; her siblings, Frank Bontrager of Wichita, Kansas, Fannie Elizabeth Sterling of Texas, Mary Ann Bolieu of Thomas and Ella Powers of Custer, Oklahoma; and her grandchildren, Chris Kotlin, Nick Kotlin, Nick Moore (Crystal), Sam Moore (Erin), Samuel Glen Moore (Carrie), Brandon Moore (Connie), Craig Moore, Lindsay Williams (Brad), Heather Harden (Denny) and Christopher Moore (Traci). She is also survived by 25 great grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
