William Bruce Downey Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 23, 2021, at the age of 87, William Bruce Downey of Hamilton, Missouri, born in Gallatin, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester William and Mildred Downey (Whorton); and his siblings, Ruth Bills, Betty Jean Downey and Jimmy Dale Downey.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Loveless; his daughters, Debra Simerly (Mike) of King City, MO, Judy Trimm (Steve), Hamilton and Jennifer Wiegers of Kansas City, MO; and his grandchildren, Amanda Pawling (Shane), Andrew Gaddis (Diana), Amber Burger (Vernon), Rodney Houghton (Rebecca), Curtis Houghton (Misty), Shelby Houghton, Ciara Wiegers and Riley Wiegers. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren; and brother.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Hamilton American Legion Post #285.
