She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Mantooth and Arlie Mantooth (Crabtree). She is survived by: her spouse LaVern "Shorty" Clark; and her sisters, Mary Lorita Kolb, Jewell Sartain of Kansas City, MO., Alicia Younse and Mtn.
