He is survived by: his children, Jason Johnson (Hamilton), Shelley Breshears (Duane), Kingston, Karen James (Billy), Cheyenne Johnson (Hamilton) and Shelby Johnson (Hamilton); and his sisters, Kellie Pulliam (Terry), Hamilton and Melissa Vanderpool (Travis) of Avondale, MO. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; 2 nieces and 3 nephews.
