He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnie I. Johnson and Verna Johnson Baker (Garrett); and his siblings, Gary Wayne Johnson, Johnny Ray Johnson, Beverly Carol Johnson, Ronnie Dale Johnson, Verna June Anastas, Walter Perry Johnson and Joseph C. Johnson.
He is survived by: his sister Donna Adkison (Wayne) of Braymer, MO. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
