He is survived by: his wife Peggy Jean Lamb; his daughter Teresa Bethel (John); his granddaughter Ashley Green (Jake); his great grandchildren, Makenzie, Kylie and Kelsie Green; his grandson Christopher Bethel; his daughter Julie Zorn; his grandson Eric Zorn (Elissa); his great grandchildren, Caden, June and Brooks Zorn; his grandson Wyatt Zorn (Carolyn Jennings); his great grandchild Vivian Zorn; his son Robert Swafford (Dorothy); his grandchildren, Jacob, Madison and Jackson Swafford; and his brother David Swafford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
