He was predeceased by: his parents, Orson Curtis and Vesta Curtis (McCrary); and his brother Ed Curtis. He is survived by: his children, Doug Henderson (Carol), Hamilton and Lisa Coffman of Cameron, MO.; his grandchildren, Kerry Dale Evans (Heather) of Kidder, MO. and Blake Henderson (Carissa); his great grandchildren, Harleigh, Henley Evans, Leigha and Colt Henderson; his sister-in-law Elaine Curtis (Hamilton); his cousins, Dianne Brown, Dixie McCrary and Jack McCrary; and his nieces and nephews, Jim, Bob, Shawn, Rob, Jill and Wendy.
Memorial donations may be made to the Penney R-II School District sports program in care of Bram Funeral Home, Hamilton.
