She is survived by: her children, Donna Smith of Kansas City, MO, Jim Kelsey of Breckenridge, MO and John Kelsey; and her siblings, Mike Stout of Wichita, KS, Sandy Teetsle of Phoenix, AZ, Debbie Abernathy of Topeka, KS and Pam Self. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
